I just wanted to stop for a minute to provide a brief testimonial. I have used "Wheel Doctor" of Cincinnati two times due to accidents banging into curbs and the like. I previously owned a Nissan 350Z convertible that had "curb rash" on both the front and back wheels around the entire rim. They did a marvelous job of repairing and refinishing the two wheels. I also received a group discount due to both wheels needing to be repaired. Recently, my wife hit a curb with her 2012 Hyundai Veloster. She was so upset to tell me about the incident, given that the car has 13,000 miles on it. I called and made an appointment with the Wheel Doctor. They turned around the finished wheel on the same day. The wheel was amazing. It looked like new. I continue to be amazed at what they can do to bring a wheel back from the grave. You worked on my Lincoln Zephyr back in Sept. of 2011 and just wanted to write this email to you to let you know that the wheels have held up well! Seriously, I am in love with your work and tell anyone who wants their wheels refinished that it is totally worth the hour driver from here in Lex to Cinci. If I could have a choice between the stock wheels brand new again and mine currently, I would choose mine any day. They look so nice cleaned up when the car is clean.. I love the slight gunmetal look they have to them! I am running this car till it dies, so I may have them refinished when they get old again. Love your customer service and fair pricing. You recently did work on a rim for my 2008 Ford Focus. I wanted to take a minute to convey my appreciation for the work you did. A large rock in the middle of the road caused a bent rim on one of my front wheels, and after calling around, I got a recommendation to call your shop. The price you offered was more than $200 less than what a new wheel would have cost, and a good deal less than what a used wheel would have cost--plus the fact that you provide such a fast turnaround (in my case, one day) and excellent customer service.

I took a look at the repaired rim today, and it looks like new. Thank you for providing this valuable service to your customers at a good price. I can't imagine having a better experience than I did at The Wheel Doctor. I went in assuming that the bend and dent that I had in my wheel was going to be a serious issue that could not get fixed, but I was sure wrong about that. In only 2 days my wheel was back to better than new and a short 2 days after that ALL of my wheels had a fancy new cosmetic paint job to match up to the paint job on my car. I didn't even know that was possible! I just cant begin to tell you what a wonderful transaction I had with this company, and the customer service was amazing. Everyone there was very polite and respectful, but more important than anything, they were honest and knowledgeable about how to take care of my wheels. I didn't even think that my wheel could get fixed, much less that I would leave with my car looking way better than it did, running terrific and smooth and not even spending very much money at all. For a fraction of the cost, I have a custom set of wheels that you can't get in a store and it was done quickly by people who are great at what they do. I give The Wheel Doctor 2 thumbs up, and I only wish that I had another car to get more neat stuff done to! Brandy J.
